Hotel Luna - Neum

The hotel provided great value for money with its all-inclusive package. The food and wine surpassed our expectations, and the staff went out of their way to assist us. The comfortable rooms and excellent beds made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location on the beach made breakfast even more special.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The sea view from the room was lovely and it was very close to popular tourist destinations. The room also had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

There was a lack of variety and freshness in the food. the overall cleanliness of the dining area was not up to par.

This hotel is in an excellent location near the beach and breakfast area. Guests can enjoy the breeze and the stunning sea view from their balconies in their spacious, well-equipped rooms. the staff offers fantastic service to guests. the restaurant serves delicious food that is of good value for the price.

Nonetheless, there were a few shortcomings that detracted from the overall experience.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff, the convenient transportation options and the perfect location near the beach where we took breakfast every morning.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms and basic amenities. The staff is polite, helpful, and attentive to detail. The location is perfect, right on the beach, allowing for stunning views of the sea. The breakfast served in the area by the beach is simple but satisfying.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel had lovely big rooms with all the amenities you could need, including air conditioning and a TV. the beds were super comfy! We also loved the central location, making it really easy to explore the surrounding area. One of our favourite things was the balcony with a sea view - it was great to sit out there with a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery.

the lack of cleanliness in the breakfast area was really disappointing.

This hotel is a hidden gem along the Jadranska Magistrala. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering breathtaking views of the sea. The staff is polite, helpful, and attentive to detail, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast served on the beach is a delightful experience, offering a simple yet satisfying selection of eggs, sausages, cereals, and more.

All aspects of our stay were excellent.
